List of documents and immigration advice before booking service

Can I get immigration advice of list of documents before booking service?

The OISC regulates all immigration advice firms in the UK. As an authorized business, we follow the code of conduct set by our regulatory body. One of the requirements is that we provide advice only after taking your case and when you agree to the client care letter. The client care letter contains important information, including the agreed work, fee payment receipt, contact details of your allocated caseworker, and other standard terms and conditions of our business.

We understand that you are looking for immigration advice and a list of documents. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide immigration advice or a list of documents due to the regulatory restrictions. However, you may find a general list of documents on our website. Please visit the relevant visa page of the service.

On booking our full application service, we will assign a designated caseworker who will be your point of contact throughout your immigration matter. Your caseworker will send you a personalized list of documents based on your personal circumstances. If we don’t have much information about your immigration matter, your caseworker may arrange an initial call to better understand your circumstances. This call typically takes between 20-30 minutes.

If you have already booked our services, you can contact your caseworker using the usual method. For your caseworker’s contact details, please refer to your client care letter. If you are a new client, you can find our contact information on our website.

We hope this information is helpful and look forward to assisting you with your immigration matter.
