How to Book Our Services and How we work?
For each visa, available services are listed in the ‘Our Services’ section of each visa page. For example, for spouse visa, from the menu, please select Spouse Visa. Within the page, go to Our Service section. Select the service you need, add the relevant service to the basket by clikcing ‘Add to Basket’ and click ‘Proceed to checkout’ like normal shopping. Fill in your name, address and contact number and click ‘Place Order’. You wlll receive order confirming email along with our business bank account details to make payment. Once you make payment, we will start wroking on your immigration matter. Feel free to contact us, should you need any assistance.

Help in Selecting or Booking a Service
Send us your full name, email, full address with postcode, contact number and the service you would like to book. If you do not know the most suitable service for you, just send us a brief description of your case and we will contact you with the details of the service option you may have and then you can choose the one you need.
Cancelling a Booking and Refunds
You can cancel your booking within 30 days without giving any reason at all. If no work has been done on your visa application, we will send you 100% refund to the source you used to make original payment. If we have carried out some work already, we will deduct the fee for the amount of our work as agreed in your client care letter and will refund you the balance amount in your personal bank account.
