However, these services have now been restored. Depending on the intricacy of the case and other factors (such as a fresh UK visa application or an appeal), family members may need to endure separation for eight months to one year. Ensuring meticulous preparation and understanding the nuances of the process can significantly impact the outcome.

A rejected visa application can result in significant costs, including:

In certain situations, an expired English language test certificate (such as an approved test at CEFR Level B1) may be used more than once. A refused UK visa application will create an adverse immigration history which is most likely to affect the future UK visa applications. Therefore it is very important that all UK visa applications are well presented and well prepreated to minimize the changes of getting refused.
