4. Appeals are expensive

Appeals in the First Tier Tribunal can take months to years (especially during the recent pandemic) and cost thousands of pounds. Barrister and solicitor fees add to the expenses. However, even after investing significant time and money, there is no guarantee of a successful appeal. Therefore, it is crucial to prepare your visa application thoroughly from the outset to avoid disappointment.

  4. Use appropriate language and plausible explanations to address any potential issues.
