What is a Client Care Letter?
The client care is a formal agreement between us and the client. The letter sets out the right and duties of both parties. Besides other important information, the client care letter contains:
- Name and address of the client
- Agreed work
- Allocated caseworker
- Contact details of caseworker
- Agreed date to finish the work (if any)
- Agreed Fees
- Fee payment confirmation
Why I have to provide copy of my Photo ID Document and proof of address?
It is mandatory of our regulatory body OISC that all clients must be sent a client care letter and clients must agree to the terms and conditions of the letter before advice is given. OISC makes it compulsory to know the clients before taking an immigration case. In order to comply with licening requirements and send you client care letter, we need two documents from you:
1. copy of your Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card)
2. Proof of address such as utility bill (Gas, Electric, Mobile or Phone Bill)
Why client care letter is mandatory and important?
This is one of the regulatory requirement of OISC that we issue a client care letter and get their agreement to the terms and conditions of the business before start working on their visa or immigration application. Further, the letter is helpful in case of any disagreement or dispute. More than us, agreement on the client care protects our clients. Contact us for any queries.
