Biometric residence permits- BRP Collection Arrangements

Congratulations for your recent successful visa application and thank you for using ZR Visas for your immigration matter. You have already received a copy of your visa approval letter. We thank you for choosing our Immigration services for your UK immigration matters.

Your BRP/ BRC Card is delivered at our address

Your Biometrics Residence Card (BRP) has been delivered at our address. Most of the time, BRP Cards are delivered directly at clients’ addresses. In cases where processing time took longer than usual, the Home Office does send BRP Cards at our office address, being the registered address of the legal representative.

Making arrangement for secure collection and delivery of BRP Card

You should make arrangements for collection by courier. You can Book collection online using the following link or contact your local post office/ Royal Mail Office to arrange a collection. Mail by special delivery is not included in full application preparation and submission service, though standard mail is.

While booking a collection service, you should insure the collection to the appropriate level. Royal Mail Special Delivery has an insurance limit up to £2500. We are not endorsing any postal service. A lost BRP card can cost you hundred’s of pounds, almost 6 months time to get a replacement. For this, you will need to make a separate application to the Home Office for replacement BRP Card.

Collection Address & Contact Details

Visit the contact us page for our address and contact number. You may need to book collection service.

Why are we not posting your BRP Card using postal service?

It’s very rare for our office to post any physical letters. We are a zero emission business and all our communication is electric, either by email, phone or WhatsApp.

All our office posts (if any) are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class, posted in the nearest red box. This service is not insured and not suitable for import documents such as BRP Cards. Therefore we recommend you to book a tracked collection & delivery service for secure delivery of your BRP card. If you do not want to book collection service, please send us an email with the following statement of acceptance of risk-

‘I fully understand and accept the risk of sending a BRP Card by 2nd class mail in the Royal Mail post box. I accept full responsibility if a BRP card is lost in the post’.
