What is EU Settlement Scheme, Settled Status and Pre-Settled Status Application?
EU, EEA or Swiss Citizen or Non-EU citizens dependants of EU citizen exercising their treaty rights in UK and would like to have proof of right to live and work in UK and would like to live in the UK after 30 June 2021. You need to make an application for yourself and for your dependants under EU Settlement Scheme. You will be get Settled Status or Pre-settled status depending on your circumstances. The family members of the EU citizens can join their partners with settled or pre-settled status in UK.

Eligibility Requirements
EU citizens must have started living in the UK by 31 December 2020. They must had been exercising their treaty rights by the date.The applicants also need to provide evidence of their residence such as employment details, letters addressed to them for the duration of their stay in the UK. For dependents, the evidence of relationship and dependency will also be required.
