Step 1: Sponsor Licence Application
- Home Office Fee: £611 for Small Business/ £1682 for Medium and Large Businesses
- ZR Visas Full Application Service Fee: £1,500

Step 2: Apply for Permission to Sponsor (CoS Approval)
- ZR Visas Fee: £600
This step involves an application for permission to assign Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) to your employees.
Step 3: Issue Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit)
- Home Office CoS Issue Fee: £525
- Immigration Skills Charge: £480 per year- small business
Example: 2-year CoS = £728
