Application Submission

Follow upWe follow the application and reply to all queries raised by the Home Office and Embassies.
Step 5
Decision
A decision is made on your application. We send you a copy of the decision letter on the same day. All work is completed on your application. We close your file. The Biometrics card take 7-10 days to arrive in the post.

Cancelling a Booking and Refunds

You can cancel your booking within 30 days without giving any reason at all. If no work has been done on your visa application, we will send you 100% refund to the source you used to make original payment. If we have carried out some work already, we will deduct the fee for the amount of our work and will refund you the balance amount. Please refer to your agreement with us (client care letter) which you signed when we accepted your immigration matter.
