The deadline to make an application for EU Settlement Scheme is 30 June 2021. You should start living in the United Kingdom by 31 Dec 2020.
I am EU or EEA citizen with ILR. Do I need to apply?
Though most of people needs to make an application before the deadline to live in the UK. Those with Permanent Residence (known as Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK) are not required to apply for EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status.
